Powerfully, these intentional practices and ways to going about your day will become easier and more engrained into your life. NO pressure, no stress, just easier little by little until you know that you’re ready for the next step to add in.

FRAMEWORK of modern life:

As a busy society we know how challenging life can be.  Kids, family, work, social commitments and self pressure all play role in adding up to be a lot and in many cases too much.

If we go about our days without systems we can feel like we are falling behind or worse yet - failing. 

This is not true. But let’s stop the downward spiral before it even gets started.

Tips & Tricks:

Nourishment - prep your fridge - wash and chop 5 different colours of veggies and have these stored in glass containers in your fridge.  Get your RAINBOW boost and feel the energy build up.

Peak Experiences - soak in those moments of bliss. You know those peak experiences, new tastes, sights, sounds, flavours or friendships that really pump us up. Make the time for them and really connect to your senses as you are there.  It’s worth the investment of time to enjoy these peaks.

Calming Practices - a definite must have in this “GO GO” day and and age.  Come back to the breath, be there, be calm. Spend time calming your breathing, easing your heart rate and find stillness.  Your mind and your heart will thank you.

Design for Success - create environments where it is easy to accomplish your goals. Whether it’s to move more, choose more nutritious foods, calm your body, improve your mobility.  Make your home your sanctuary for how you would like to live and behave.

Flexibility & Kindness - introduce the idea of rolling goals.  Offer yourself kindness and flexibility for life - it can never go quite as we dream. This allows space for grace and kindness as you climb towards your ideal situation.

Build your support systems strong and your inner strength robust day by day.  You never know when you will need this the most.
