HOW TO
- Apply facial oil or moisturizer to the face. This creates a smooth surface for the cups to glide
- Squeeze the cup’s rubber bulb to create a medium or light suction. Never leave the cup stationary with facial cupping Note: colour should appear, but there should be no lasting redness or petechiae on the face
- Do not have strong suction, instead keep mild and repeat 3–5 times, gently gliding over one area (as illustrated in the diagram – follow the arrows as a guideline)
- With the free hand, lightly press and stabilize the skin’s surface to ensure to follow the direct line of cupping
CHIN TO EAR
- Start at the chin, glide along
- the jaw towards your ear 3–5
