Once you start with the first healthy habit it often feels MOTIVATING and then you want to do more. 🩵
TRY THIS….
🔹 Grab a pen and note book… jot down your ideal day (what you eat, how you move your body, how much water you drink, how you feel, who you engage with, what time you go to sleep at, what emotional state are you in, etc)
This sets the stage for your ultimate day. Knowing what to aim for and how you can work towards this may feel challenging, don’t worry. Keep the idea of ROLLING GOALS in mind. The idea is not to have a perfect score each day, it’s to come as close as you can each day. Creating space for your self and kindness for yourself when it all does’t come together. Believe me, those days happen.
Overall we are concerned with the TREND, the pathway, the trajectory of our choices - they do add up and overtime we can shift and come to a great place where we have clear skin, balanced hormones, vibrant energy and radiant health.
